"   Para instalar os backgrounds e as headers para o Blogger "

Siga os passos abaixo:

1- Primeiro,  escolha qual o back e qual a header que deseja colocar em seu blog.

2- ..."  salve a imagem de fundo (background) e a imagem da header (cabeçalho) em seu PC"
 
3- "  Feito isso, hospede a imagem de fundo em um site de sua preferência"

e clicar 

em "    Adicionar um novo Gadget".
